Hw do I can modify or cancel my reservation?
You must email customer service at prior to 12:00PM property time on the scheduled start day to cancel or change your vacation package. Please reference your reservation details above for more details.


Will the property be able to assist me?
Your voucher was purchased through, please email directly or call 855.826.6361. The resort will be unable to modify or cancel your reservation for you.


How do I get my refund?
Refunds will be issued, minus the cost of the cancellation waiver, to the credit card used to reserve the reservation.


Does the vacation voucher cover my travel?
No, the vacation waiver is not insurance.


What if I need to modify my travel dates and they are not available?
We will do our best to accommodate your request to modify or change your reservation but any new requests are subject to availability and possible rate changes for any additional nights or upgrades.


What if I decide to rebook my vacation?
We are glad your plans changed! However, if you choose to rebook your reservation, please do so by visiting and checking rates and availability. Rates and availability are subject to change and may change since your initial reservation.
